CAIRO’s annual gala, Seeds of Synergy, is a celebration of the people, stories, and partnerships that are helping build something truly special right here in Central Minnesota. This year, we are coming together to raise funds for a bold and beautiful project: Iskufilan Village. A new housing development created for working families who deserve more than temporary fixes. With over 70 family-sized units and space for youth, wellness, and local entrepreneurs, this village will be a place to grow, dream, and thrive. The evening will include dinner, live cultural performances, stories from families and youth, and a powerful moment of giving that will help bring this vision to life. You’ll also be the first to see CAIRO’s new impact report, reflecting the progress made and what lies ahead. Expect heartfelt moments, lots of laughter, amazing energy, and a room full of people who care about creating lasting change. This is your invitation to be part of something bigger.
